Intellectual Property

Work product created for clients transfers to the client upon full payment as specified in the applicable client agreement.

User Conduct

Payment & Refunds

Payment terms for services are outlined in individual client agreements. Generally, a deposit is required to begin work, with the balance due upon project completion or at milestones defined in the agreement.

Refund eligibility depends on the stage of the project and is governed by the terms of your signed agreement. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
